Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FlowSyniq platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlowSyniq. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, interface design, brand elements, algorithms, database records, and all software code are the exclusive property of FlowSyniq and its licensors, protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code is strictly prohibited.
- All trademarks, logos, and brand assets are the property of FlowSyniq and may not be used without authorization.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify FlowSyniq immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- Never share API tokens, SMTP credentials, or workspace access keys with unauthorized third parties.
- Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately via our support portal.
Security Responsibility
FlowSyniq cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access or data loss resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Acceptable Platform Use
FlowSyniq may only be used for lawful B2B outbound communication activities. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or AI voice campaigns in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or local regulations.
- Harvesting, scraping, or processing personal data without a valid lawful basis.
- Impersonating individuals, companies, or FlowSyniq in outreach campaigns.
- Using the AI Voice Dialer in jurisdictions where automated calling is restricted without consent.
- Any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of our infrastructure.
Violations of acceptable use rules will result in immediate workspace suspension and potential legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowSyniq, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Loss of business profit, pipeline downtime, or third-party API failures.
Aggregate Liability Cap
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to FlowSyniq in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
