Affiliate Policy

The FlowSyniq Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to the platform. Upon approval by our partnerships team, affiliates receive a unique referral tracking link and access to a dedicated affiliate dashboard.

Approved affiliates earn on every successful referral that converts to a paid FlowSyniq subscription:

To maintain program integrity, the following affiliate promotion methods are strictly prohibited:

• ✕Branded Keyword Bidding: Running paid search ads that bid on “FlowSyniq” or any variation of our brand name.
• ✕Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Promoting your referral link via bulk email, SMS blasts, or cold outreach without consent.
• ✕Misleading Claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about FlowSyniq features, pricing, or results.
• ✕Cookie Stuffing: Any form of fraudulent cookie injection to claim illegitimate attribution.
• ✕Brand Impersonation: Creating websites, emails, or content that impersonates FlowSyniq official communications.

Violations result in immediate program removal and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

FlowSyniq uses a robust affiliate tracking system to ensure accurate commission attribution:

• ✓Attribution Model: First-click attribution — the first affiliate link clicked by a referred user receives credit.
• ✓Cookie Window: 60-day cookie duration. Referrals who sign up within 60 days of clicking your link are credited to your account.
• ✓Qualifying Conversions: Only paid subscription sign-ups count toward commissions. Free trial registrations alone do not qualify.
• ✓Dashboard Access: View real-time click, conversion, and earnings data in your affiliate dashboard.

FlowSyniq reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• ✓Commission rate changes will be communicated via email with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before taking effect.
• ✓Affiliate accounts terminated for policy violations will have all pending commissions forfeited immediately.
• ✓Affiliates who exit the program in good standing will receive any outstanding commissions for referrals made prior to termination, paid on the next scheduled payout date.
