General Refund Eligibility
FlowSyniq offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Agency plans). If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 7 calendar days of your initial charge, you may request a full refund.

New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge. Submit your request via our support portal with your account email and reason for cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
- AI Voice Dialer Minutes: Consumed calling minutes are non-refundable once processed through the dialing infrastructure.
- Lead Gen Credit Packs: Purchased prospecting credit bundles that have been partially or fully consumed.
- Mid-Cycle Upgrades: Fees charged when upgrading your plan mid-billing cycle are not eligible for refund.
- Terminated Accounts: Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for any refund.
- Renewal Charges: Subscription renewal charges after the initial 7-day period are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, FlowSyniq will process the reimbursement to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer’s processing timelines.

- Our team reviews the request and verifies eligibility within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠ Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, including accounts with significant bulk credit consumption immediately prior to a refund request.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your FlowSyniq subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access until the cycle ends.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining within a paid billing period after the 7-day window has passed.
- After cancellation, your workspace data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
